Jason provides all of his sellers with a free home staging consultation with Interior Designer, Charlotte Kleen. Charlotte will provide you with the details to touch up, improve, de-clutter, or simply re-arrange to make your home as universally appealing to the market as possible. Then Jason will take professional pictures of the inside and outside of your home along with nearby amenities, using the best equipment available and digital enhancement to make your home shine online. Finally, Jason will produce a video tour of your home that will be placed on all of our online marketing to give potentials buyers access to your home 24/7!
Now that your home is “shining”, Jason will work with you to pinpoint the best price for your home in order to get it sold for the most money possible in the amount of time you need it to sell in. Jason takes a unique and more accurate approach to helping you price your home. Gone are the days of simply taking the 3 most comparable sold homes and averaging them out, also know as a CMA. That method is antiquated and largely inaccurate in today’s real estate market.
